Samsung and Alltel recently divulged the ‘Delve’, a slick looking handset which features Samsung’s new TouchWiz interface. This will be the first handset available in the United States that features Samsung latest “build you own” user interface. The TouchWiz system uses widgets to allow user to drag and drop icons to customize their screen.
The phone itself is pretty stylish and on top of the customer UI it also has a virtual QWERTY keyboard. Also on board is a 2.0 megapixel camera, Bluetooh, Mp3 player with standard headphone jack, and a MicroSD slot.
The Samsung Delve should provide some insight into what American consumers think of the new TouchWhiz UI. Will Samsung break new ground or just play catch up with Apple?
