Barely a month since the official release of its dual-core mini laptop the Everun Note, Raon Digital has issued a recall for its problematic units due to a handful of “failure symptoms” reported by users. Raon Digital is recalling all its units back to the factory for either repair or replacement. In other news, someone at Raon Digital is losing their job.
Users of Everun Note have reported a range of different complaints like high-pitched fan noise, blue-screens, an overheating processor, inaccurate battery monitor levels, and an error popping up in the pre-installed e-dictionary or PDA authentication.
One of the distributors for Roan Digital products in Singapore gave assurance to its customers that problems were reported only with the first batch which retailed in South Korea only. However, if you are facing any of the above problems in your notebook then you can send that to Raon Digital’s factory address for a free repair or replacement.
