LG Electronics has added Stretch Display Monitors to its portfolio of monitors. 38″ M3800S-BN and 29″ M2900S-BN features resolution of 1,366 x 398 and 1,366 x 480 respectively, along with contrast ratio of 1,000:1 and a 9ms response time. Both units can display full color images in both horizontal and vertical orientations. The monitors can be hooked up to a computer with a single cable enabling users to easily control its functions such as volume, contrast, brightness etc.
Both screens have high picture quality and are suitable to host digital signage at large commercial locations like shopping malls, airports, stadiums etc. Or you could hook it up in your dorm room all for a really intense Twitter feed.
