Samsung has announced two plasma gaming displays for the Korean market. Since these displays are Korea only the screens are being released under Samsungs domestic PAVV brand.
The PDP screens are come 3D ready and are available in 42″ or 50″. The displays have a Digital Natural Image engine (DNIe+) to make the game play look as smooth as possible. Samsung collaborated with Electronic Arts to deliver the best possible experience for gamers.
With a display this gamer friendly hitting the Korean market you can bet the Samsung PDP’s will earn there battle stripes quickly. The only problem is the PDP’s average 60,000 hour life span, that is not nearly enough StarCraft for the average Korean gamer.
