The Ski phone comes from a long lineage of rather mediocre phones that are re branded with a ‘cool’ name and pushed into the hands of the less intelligent consumers and bloggers who will post the promo shots. Past examples of this phenomenon include the LG Ice Cream, and the Samsung Bora.
